I worked with the product manager and creative director to IMPROVE the product UX and UI design for the Norton WiFi Privacy App. Norton WiFi Privacy became the highest growing global VPN service since it's release a year ago with over 10 millions downloaded.
Norton Family Landing Page
As the lead designer for the Norton Family product, I worked on the REDESIGN of the new family.norton.com landing page. I designed the wireframes, traffic funneling strategy, and e-commerce flow. The final MODERN DESIGN result is 42% increase in overall conversion rate.
Norton Family Android App
I created and re-organized the Norton Family Android App flow to include a new in-app browser. I provided the user flow, user interface, and visual design. I worked directly with the Project Manager and 3 development teams to complete the project. I also worked on LEADING the Norton Family SaaS project for the Norton Cloud Connect portal that function as a central hub for all Norton products.
Norton Security Mac
As design lead for the Norton Security Mac product, I updated the user flow to include the NEW "Clean" feature. I collaborated with over 30 developers on various teams to refresh the desktop application with new icons, and a flatter modern UI. Our team uses Agile / Scrum method, project management on Confluence, JIRA, and Slack for daily communication.

THE PROJECT Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.
MY ROLE I worked as an User Experience Designer at Fabletics - a division of TechStyle. I provided wireframes, user flows, user interfaces, and expanding their online shopping experiences for mobile, tablet, and desktop subscribers. I worked side-by-side with the creative and marketing team to ensure the shopping experience is seamless and cohesive across all touch points. Below are screenshots of some of my work. The synergy of the entire Fabletics division results in 833% growth in one year for it's subscription based service.

As a Freelance User Experience Designer, I created a responsive, scalable for future add-ons, ecommerce site. The deadline was a 2 weeks time frame to design basic wireframes for approval as well as User Interfaces to match Nabi Tablet's Brand Guide. MY ROLE I worked with the UX Lead to conduct competitive analysis, user research, and user testings to capture what current viewers are looking for. I also created the new user experiences for the desktop and mobile websites.

As a freelance user experience designer for Enso Collaborative, I created user flow and annotated wireframes that communicated the structure, form and interactions of the responsive website. I worked as part of the creative team at Enso Collaborative to complete this project.
Dream Careers Inc. is the world's leading internship coaching and placement company. Their all-inclusive internship program has been in business since 2000 and is operating in 10 cities worldwide. Each participant of the program receives guaranteed internship placement, housing, meal plans, planned program events to the best tourist attractions in the area, a weekly seminar series, and daily transportation to and from work.
This project took place between September 2011 and December 2011. I worked on this project as User Experience Designer and User Interface / Visual Designer.
As the team's lead designer, I collaborated with our marketing team members to strategize on the site-map and layout design. I was responsible for leading not only the User Experience design work, but also, the copywriting, branding, visual design, SEO strategy, and front-end development for the site.
Their head of marketing approached our design team to help them expand the website to includes more cities. The redesigned website educate visitors about the summer program services, incorporate search engine strategies, increase inbound traffic conversion rate, and direct users to application process. Working within a four month time frame, we focused on delivering a new content management system to efficiently input images and new content.
To differentiate ourselves from our competition, we needed to showcase real successful experiences from our past summer participants. The entire company got involved by capturing exciting and memorable moments through photos and videos.
Throughout the process we conducted surveys, researched, and employed participatory design methods. This approach was necessary to understand what current college student trends and needs are to provide better products and services. In addition, we utilized Stephen Anderson's UX Hierarchy of Needs to evolve our thinking process in designing and building the website.
Inbound Traffic User Flow
I use Google Analytics to measure the inbound traffic flows and rank which pages have the highest conversion rate. From this data, I created the user flows to provide the relevant information visitors are looking for. The end result is for visitors to register to enroll or learn more about the program.
BUILD TRUST THROUGH TRANSPARENCY
I wanted to form a trusting relationship with the website visitors while incorporating past summer experiences and testimonials. The clean user interface provides a canvas for new customers to experience what its like to attend Dream Careers programs.
The new strategy and design continues to reflect a clean search engine optimized layout and the company witnessed an inflation from 314,000 for 2007 to 2.8 million for 2009 in organic traffic - as an unheard of 400 percent spike in sales conversion! It's intuitive layout highlights targeted marketing messages and educates visitors on "why" they should purchase the product. Our team determined that the "why" was the underlying success factor that our competitors were missing.
